In 2018, I developed the first-ever Gen Z insights offering from a global PR agency. The goal was to help our colleagues, clients and marketers understand the implications for engaging with (not just marketing to) this “next-gen” consumer.
After conducting a deep study, I authored white papers and served as a guest speaker at youth marketing and marketing conferences in the U.S. and Germany. My Gen Z insights have been quoted in Forbes, PR Week, The Holmes Report, eMarketer and SheKnows Media.
